Administrative Staff
Our dedicated staff includes three receptionists and a billing specialist. Shelly is our billing specialist (787-2452) and has been with our office for 21 years. She has lots of experience dealing with multiple insurance companies and coordinating secondary supplemental insurances. Jennifer frequently answers the phone and has been at our front desk for 12 years. She always has a smile on her face talking on the phone. Kathy is an experienced receptionist with 10 years in our office and she has great attention to detail, which is very important for smooth operations. Keisha has been in our office for 2 years and makes sure all the paperwork is done in a timely manner.
Optical Staff

Depending on the type of prescription or type of progressive lens, the fit of the frame can make a big difference. Renee has been with our office for 12 years and is very good at fixing that broken frame, or adjusting the frame to make it comfortable on your nose. Jill has been with our office for 9 years and is in charge of ordering our inventory of frames. After you look at literally thousands of eye glass frames over the years you get pretty good at finding the best looking, more durable eye wear.
Clinical Staff
We have a highly experienced staff of licensed and certified professionals that are trained to assist our doctors with patient care. Our staff consists of Patti an LPN who has been here for over 34 years, Crystal is also an LPN and has been with our office for 2 years. Denise is a certified ophthalmic technician with 21 years of experience. Rachel is a certified ophthalmic assistant who has been in our office for 10 years, and Keli is a medical assistant and fairly new to our office. Having an experienced team that all works well together really makes a difference in the patient’s experience in the office.
